Ready for the most simple and delicious recipe ever!?
I had a bag of Betty Crocker’s gluten free cookie dough sitting around and decided to make some cookies. After already combining the butter and cookie mix, I realized that I didn’t have any eggs. Fail. Instead of wasting the dough, I decided what could be better than cookie dough without eggs? Eggless cookie dough = I can eat all I want without getting salmonella!

3 – Ingredient Cookie Dough Truffles
- 1 bag gluten free chocolate chip cookie mix
- 1/2 C. butter, softened
- 1 bag dark chocolate chips
- With an electric mixer, combine softened butter and cookie mix until dough forms.
- Roll dough into 1″ balls and place on a wax paper lined cookie sheet. Place in freezer.
- Melt chocolate chips in a bowl in microwave.
- Remove cookie dough balls from freezer. Dip each into melted chocolate.
- After dipping, place each truffle back onto the wax paper and let harden in fridge or freezer.
